4. Maintenance points and attention matters
This series of razor wire machine in use should be carefully and also must be maintained & note the following items.
(1).Be ground before use of this machine
(2).Shall not adjust or repair while the machine frame is working, neither walking near nor touch it.
(3).Shall not be any part of the body or any object near the rotating parts, to avoid personal injury.
(4).When there is some problem in the electrical cabinet, if failure, first power outage, then ask the expert to check and repair.
(5).Adding the lube in the oiling components, operation shall not be short of oil.
(6).The operator should take more attention on the machine, look, listen and smell, signs of early detection of the incident, power cut in time while there is some problem and check processing.
(7).Cleaning the wire material wastage under the mainframe is sure it is cleaning in the situation of power as well as machine off.
