Machine structure and working principle
This machine is mainly composed of frame, crankshaft connecting rod, tool holder, braking system, clutch, side transmission, feeding, electrical control, etc.
When the machine is running, the crankshaft drives the connecting rod, the support plate, and the upper knife slider moves up and down to achieve the purpose of cutting the plate. Under the action of the cam, the ejector rod and the limit ejector rod, the upper knife slide slides left and right in the groove of the support plate, and each time the upper knife slide is punched once, the position is changed, and the feed device is lifted once after each punching. Send the material once, after the work reaches the length several times, lift the pawl to stop feeding and cut it, and the product is finished.
